Insurance & Good Faith Estimate

Choosing to work outside of insurance allows me to offer therapy that is more personalized, flexible, and focused entirely on your needs. Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis, limit the length of sessions, and can influence the direction of care. By not being in-network, I can protect your privacy and create a space where our work is guided by what is most meaningful and helpful to you.

I am happy to provide Superbills upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits.

You have the right to receive a ''Good Faith Estimate” explaining the cost of your care. Under the law, healthcare providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the anticipated cost for services.

You will receive your estimate in writing at the start of therapy and at any point upon request. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
